Questions and Answers
Q: How can I participate in the fundraiser during the concert?
A: Registering your ticket and credit card on our website will allow you to participate during the fundraiser. Your paddle number will be issued to you when you check in the evening of the event.
Your card will not be stored by The Mountain Winery/AXS. Guest payment security is top priority; Greater Giving is a Level 1 vendor—the highest, most secure level of PCI compliance—so you know your data is safe.
Q: How do I get my ticket(s)?
A: For ticket questions, please visit AXS Support for assistance: https://support.axs.com/hc/en-us
Q: What is the weather like?
A: While the weather at The Mountain Winery is similar to the weather in San Jose or Saratoga, the mountain top location means that the weather can be unpredictable. Up there, the wind usually picks up after nightfall, and during the day there is more exposure to the sun.
Q: What should I wear?
A: Please consider our mountain top location when preparing for an evening concert. Dressing in layers is recommended to ensure a comfortable experience. High heels can be challenging as there are hills and stairs on the way to your seat.
Q: When do the doors open?
A: Check in begins at 5:30 PM
Q: How much does parking cost?
A: Parking for General Admission costs $25.00. You can purchase a parking pass ahead of time through Mountain Winery’s ticketing page, or you can pay for parking at the gate as you enter the venue.
Q: Can I bring my own food and beverage?
A: Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the venue. There is a concessionary where food and drinks are available for purchase: Concessions Menu
Please note, The Mountain Winery has moved to a cashless system onsite at their bars and restaurants. Accepted forms of payment are credit card and debit card.
Q: What time does the concert start?
A: We will be starting the concert at 7:00PM.
Q: Can I use rideshare?
A: If you arrive via rideshare program and are expecting a pickup after the show, please be aware that traffic coming up the hill is stopped at the bottom entrance gate 30 minutes prior to the show ending. All rideshare vehicles are held at the main gate until parking lot traffic is cleared (approximately a 45-minute wait).
Q: What if I need assistance listening to the concert?
A: Assisted listening devices are available for no charge from the Mountain Winery Box Office. Photo ID is required as a deposit.
